GOTCP 3.1

A front-end for tcpsetup.  Hey it's better than nothing :)
All praise the guy who wrote TCPSETUP... Jake Page...

Gotcp.exe allows you to add a pwad file to your cross-internet DOOM
session, prompts the user for various options, then kicks off
tcpsetup.exe with specified parameters.  No biggy, but a somewhat
useful program (I hope :))  

requires: DOOM (Surely you've registered?), 
	  tcpsetup.exe (written by Jake Page)
          movelev.exe (written by Steve Simpson ssimpson@world.std.com 
                used for checking the episode and level of a pwad file) 
          packet-driver for your network card. (ie 3c509.com)

TCP-DOOM, which is the BEST when you're playing 4-player with a
